The Customer Service AP measures customer service success. Once the assessment is scored on your computer, you will receive an interpretive report that evaluates the applicant in terms of customer service strengths, potential strengths, and areas that need development.
Composed of 140 items and recommended for anyone 18 and older. Applicants can take the assessment on a PC or on a paper-and-pencil answer sheet. Once you score the test on a computer you will receive an interpretive report that evaluates the applicant in terms of:
