The K–CPT V.5 program assesses attention problems in young, preschool-age children. Based on the CPT II V.5, the K–CPT V.5 is half the length, which is more appropriate for children of this age group. Pictures of objects are used instead of letters to avoid confusion related to letter recognition. The child is asked to respond by pressing the space bar every time the ball appears on the screen.
