The TAIS has a set of eight reports. When you purchase the set, you can generate one of each of the eight available reports.

Business Reports
Business Reports present an overall scale profile of the individual in a graph format and break up the percentile scores by scale. They also provide a narrative section with tips for improvement and teambuilding strategies.

Sales Reports
Sales Reports evaluate how an individual would perform in a sales role. Based on scores, these reports identify possible strengths and weaknesses.

Scale Reports
Scale Reports present the percentile scores in a numerical and graph format.

Basic Scale Reports
Basic Scale Reports present the percentile scores in numerical and graph format. These reports also provide the client's score on each individual scale.

Business Leader Reports
Business Leader Reports compare a subject’s scores to those of successful business leaders.

Management Development Reports
Management Development Reports are designed to identify the particular performance errors an individual is most likely to make when placed in a high-pressure situation.

Interaction Reports
Interaction Reports compare two individuals' scores on a series of interpersonal and concentration skills, and provide a narrative on how the two are likely to interact with one another in a work situation.

Athlete's Mental Edge (AME) Sport Reports
Athlete's Mental Edge (AME) Sport Reports provide a description of the different situations in which an individual would be expected to perform at a high level, as well as identify situations where problems are likely to occur.

About the Author

Robert M. Nideffer, Ph.D.
Dr. Nideffer is a psychologist and the founder of Enhanced Performance Systems, a company which develops psychological tools and provides psychological services designed to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential. Dr. Nideffer has been consulting  with corporations, sports teams, and the military since 1976.

Dr. Nideffer received his B.S. degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College. He received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Vanderbilt University. He is professionally licensed and an ABPP Diplomate in clinical psychology.

From 1971 to 1976, Dr. Nideffer was an associate professor in the Departments of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Rochester. While at Rochester he established the Psychology Department's Psycho-educational Laboratory which provides performance enhancement and stress management services to the Rochester community (including the Eastman School of Music, and Eastman Kodak, Sybron, and Xerox Corporations).

In 1976, Dr. Nideffer moved to San Diego, California, establishing Enhanced Performance Systems. Since that time, he has traveled the world providing selection and screening, team building, executive coaching, and performance enhancement services to major corporations, sports organizations, and elite military groups. He was the psychologist for the U.S. Olympic Track and Field teams in 1984 and 1988 and has provided consultative services to sports governing bodies around the world.

Dr. Nideffer is the author of The Attentional and Interpersonal Style Inventory (TAIS), an assessment device used around the world for selection, screening, teambuilding, and performance enhancement. He is also the author of several books including, The Inner Athlete, How to Put Anxiety Behind You, Attention Control Training, and an interactive multi-media, self-help, CD-Rom titled, Focus for Success.
