The R–SOPAC is a ten-minute self-report symptom survey. Individuals 18 years of age and older rate a broad range of physical, emotional, and cognitive symptoms in terms of intensity and the degree to which satisfactory coping has been achieved. R–SOPAC results are handscored. The instrument has a fifth grade reading level.
