Dr. David Campbell

Dr. David Campbell has been deeply involved with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for more than thirty years, and he currently serves as the center's Smith Richardson Senior Fellow Emeritus. He has recently turned his interests to the issues of diversity in the workplace using a photographic approach to help people be more aware of their biases. He will be examining how EI can compliment organizational diversity initiatives.

Some of the current applications as well as emerging applications will be discussed. Does emotional intelligence have a future and where will that future take us? Topics will include the impact of the economy and opportunities for economic crime through the manipulation of emotional intelligence, developments in leadership, succession planning, employee selection, teamwork, and personal development.
