The 2008 Higher Education Symposium on Emotional Intelligence is the first event of its kind. Interested faculty, staff, and students are invited to join us for this unique event detailing the place of Emotional Intelligence in colleges and universities.

Over two days, you will have the opportunity to learn from peers who are using EI in their classes and on their campuses. Presentations will cover a range of topics, including:

• Exploring the impact of Emotional Intelligence on student, program, and institutional outcomes
   
• Highlighting EI strategies and activities, from model programs to incorporating EI into the curriculum and programs
   
• Emphasizing the role of EI assessment with students, faculty, and staff in both undergraduate and professional school settings
